According to the size chart, I am on the border line between XL and XXL.
My measurements are 17 1/2 neck, 48 1/2 chest, 40 waist.

However, if I were to put a third layer on (a sweatshirt or sweater), the jacket would be too tight in the shoulders and chest.
I will be picking up the vest in XXL for deep winter wear.
The materials appear to be durable. The velcro holds the holster(s) in tight and goes around the back so you can adjust the cant and location of the holster(s). There is a thumb break on the holster. I was able to fit a compact, subcompact, and full-size pistol into the holster and have the trigger covered. However, the thumb-break had to go under the beaver tail on the full-size.
