I bought a medium which is just a little loose on my 34DD chest giving me room without being baggy and the same goes for the waste and hips. It shows my curves while still fitting a little loosely. As far as quality goes the flannel is soft, thicker, but not too thick making it probably one of the best made if not the best made women's flannels I have seen and I have paid $100+ for a single flannel shirt trying to find one that fits me right.
