Love it or send it back, it’s that simple. We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, return it within 30 days of order to receive a full refund, or you can exchange products up to 90 days after purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, use our Prepaid Return Label. It’s convenient and trackable. Please note: you will be charged $6.95 for using the pre-paid return label. To get started, follow the instructions below:
OUR RETURNS ARE EASY AS 1, 2, 3!
- Fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and print out a Prepaid Return label. Upon receipt of your order we will charge you $6.95 for return postage.
- Place items inside your returning package and adhere the Prepaid Return Label to the outside of the package.
- For faster processing, drop the return package off at FedEx (check the FedEx website for your closest location). Or, you can simply give it to your local mail carrier/post office. We will take care of the rest!
With our Pre-Paid Return Label service you will have real-time tracking, priority processing, and your package will be fully insured.
Important Notice: We will not be processing returns from March 23, 2020 - April 6, 2020, in an effort to protect our customers and employees during the COVID-19 quarantine. We will extend our normal 30-day return window to 45 days on all eligible returns. Clearance Rack items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
I do not have any paperwork from my order. What do I do?
- If you need another Easy Return Form, simply print one off our website and enclose it with the product being returned and your original order number. Otherwise, reference your name, order number, and address on a piece of paper and include it inside your returning package.
How much does a Prepaid Return Label cost?
- Our Prepaid Return Label costs $6.95. The amount will be deducted from your return or charged to your payment method on file if making an exchange.
Will I be getting a credit or a gift card for my return?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days and will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Exchanges are available for up to 90 days after purchase.
How long will it take to get my refund?
- Once your return is received in our facility, we ask that you please allow a few additional business days to process your items as our Returns Department processes returns in the order they are received. If we have your email address on file, we will send a return confirmation email once your item(s) have been received and refunded. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
- After your exchange is processed and shipped, it will take 4-7 business days for it to be received to your location. If you need your exchange expedited, please contact us at 1-800-875-9453 for faster options
Are Clearance Rack Items Eligible for Returns?
- No, all sales are final on Clearance Rack items, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
