I live in Northern Minnesota and this jacket is perfect for the spring and fall. I can wear a sweatshirt underneath it and still be comfortable when the outside air temps are around 30 degrees. Denim is soft, the hood is very thick material and warm. Size runs pretty close to the sizing chart, I am 5'10 200 pounds and bought a 2 XL and as stated can wear a t-shirt a zip up sweatshirt in this jacket and still feel like I can move freely.

He loves it! It fits perfect and is better looking than expected! It is made exceptionally well and I'm sure will last for years. And it's not likely to go out of style anytime soon either!
