Q: How long is the sleeve length and from the collar to the hem? My guys are tall 6' 6", with long arms, 37-38.

A: The Cruiser Waffle Knit Thermal sleeve length starts at 23" for a size small and goes up 1" per size. The Tall sizing options add 1.5" in sleeve length to their "normal" size's counterpart (i.e. Large/Large Tall)
