I've been wanting one of these for awhile but when they went on sale with free shipping for fathers day I went for it. I'm 5'10" 185lbs I spend some time in the gym, so my stomach is . Since I couldn't try it on I read a bunch of reviews from guys my height and weight saying "true to size" and 95% got the large, so I did also. Mistake! I like a more fitted fit like the guys in the video, than relaxed/baggy, I could've worn another jacket under it but I'm not planning on layering (even though I could wear a regular (not oversized) hoodie with the medium that I received when I exchanged the large. I should have went with the sizing chart and not the reviews and saved the hassle of the exchange. The irony that I'm saying don't look and the reviews for sizing but leaving a review about sizing LOL, hopefully I can help someone with this review. So if you're on the fence about the size you need they are true to size go with the sizing chart!

Q: Would like to know the weight of this cotton. i.e., LL Bean has a hurricane cloth shirt of 5.8 oz. don't want that. I want this shirt to be of a heavier weight, for a fall early season work coat. Can you tell me?

A: Our Journeyman features a few different fabrics, all with differing weights. The outer shell is a 7-8 oz. cotton/polyester blend. The inner flannel lining is a 5-6 oz. cotton. This shirt jacket will be a bit heavier than the cloth shirt you referenced.

A: The size Large has a sleeve length of about 36". Our sleeve lengths are measured from the center back (between your shoulder blades) to the cuff.
