i live in the heart of the the midwest, where winter temps are relatively moderate in comparison to the far northern climate, usually upper 30's to low 40's. Quick shipping. But vest had a section about 2 inches of stitching that was hanging loose. Wife repaired cause I was leaving town and didnt want to ship back a d wait. Should of been caught in quality control or shipping.
