I bought this as a fall/spring coat. Didn't think it would be warm so I tested the hypothesis. It's 26 degrees in Michigan today, I wore it with a flannel shirt and long sleeve tee and I was warm the entire time I was out. Went into the store and was sweating by the time I left. So my hypothesis failed, this jacket will keep you warm in cold weather. Nice jacket, well made.
